Meet Your Hosts

Re-Wild is guided by three experienced women’s wellness leaders whose work bridges embodied movement, clinical nervous system insight, and grounded integrative practice.

Together, they create a container that is structured yet spacious — rooted in strength, science, intuition, and deep respect for the body’s wisdom.

500-Hour E-RYT · Breath Coach · Founder of the Oceanflow Method · Writer & Facilitator

Stephanie is a 500-hour E-RYT yoga teacher, certified breath coach, writer, and creator of the Oceanflow Method — a strength-forward, breath-led approach to embodied movement.

Her work blends mobility, spinal fluidity, nervous system regulation, and intentional sequencing to help women experience freedom in the body and return home to themselves. Through movement, breath, Yoga Nidra, and guided creative expression, she invites women to explore what is stored, unspoken, and ready to be released.

Stephanie integrates ritual, reflection, writing practices, and deep restorative work alongside embodied strength training, creating spaces where resilience and softness coexist. Her facilitation bridges physical empowerment with emotional depth and nervous system restoration.

At Re-Wild, she leads embodied yoga, strength integration, Yoga Nidra, breath-led nervous system practices, and creative integration sessions designed to cultivate grounded, embodied wild strength.

Stephanie Rivera

Doctor of Chiropractic · Functional Wellness Practitioner · Yoga & Buti Yoga Teacher

Founder, Alpharetta Wellness Collective

Dr. Sarah is a Doctor of Chiropractic and founder of Alpharetta Wellness Collective, where she integrates clinical care with functional wellness and holistic movement practices.

Her work supports alignment, nervous system health, and sustainable vitality through chiropractic care, functional medicine-informed guidance, and embodied movement. In addition to her clinical practice, she teaches yoga and Buti Yoga — blending strength, rhythm, and expressive movement.

Sarah brings both precision and vitality to her teaching. Her sessions balance evidence-informed structure with dynamic, empowering movement that invites confidence, freedom, and embodied resilience.

At Re-Wild, she brings clinical nervous system insight, functional alignment, and strength-forward practices that support long-term regulation and vitality.

Dr. Sarah Druckman

500-Hour Yoga Teacher · Reiki Practitioner · Experience Facilitator

Stephanie Wright is a 500-hour yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, and experience facilitator known for creating grounded yet powerful spaces for women to slow down, soften, and re-wild — returning to their bodies, their intuition, and their natural rhythm.

Her work blends vinyasa and yin yoga, meditation, and Reiki-informed practices with strong, steady guidance. She teaches with clarity and presence, offering both structure and depth while encouraging authentic expression.

Stephanie holds space with strength and integrity, creating a container that feels safe, direct, and transformative.

At Re-Wild, she brings restorative integration, guided movement, and experiential practices that support recalibration and embodied freedom.
