Re-Wild is guided by three experienced women’s wellness leaders whose work bridges embodied movement, clinical nervous system insight, and grounded integrative practice.
Together, they create a container that is structured yet spacious — rooted in strength, science, intuition, and deep respect for the body’s wisdom.
500-Hour E-RYT · Breath Coach · Founder of the Oceanflow Method · Writer & Facilitator
Stephanie is a 500-hour E-RYT yoga teacher, certified breath coach, writer, and creator of the Oceanflow Method — a strength-forward, breath-led approach to embodied movement.
Her work blends mobility, spinal fluidity, nervous system regulation, and intentional sequencing to help women experience freedom in the body and return home to themselves. Through movement, breath, Yoga Nidra, and guided creative expression, she invites women to explore what is stored, unspoken, and ready to be released.
Stephanie integrates ritual, reflection, writing practices, and deep restorative work alongside embodied strength training, creating spaces where resilience and softness coexist. Her facilitation bridges physical empowerment with emotional depth and nervous system restoration.
At Re-Wild, she leads embodied yoga, strength integration, Yoga Nidra, breath-led nervous system practices, and creative integration sessions designed to cultivate grounded, embodied wild strength.

Stephanie holds space with strength and integrity, creating a container that feels safe, direct, and transformative.
