Use of Website and Content
All content on this website, including text, images, videos, yoga sequences, written Soul Sketches, and rituals, are the intellectual property of Salted Roots Synergy & Yoga. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any part without written permission.

Bookings & Payments

• Bookings must be paid in advance and are subject to availability
• Specific refund and cancellation terms will be stated clearly during booking for each offering
• Pricing is subject to change at any time

Health & Safety Disclaimer
Participation in any movement, bodywork, retreat, nature-based, or coaching/mentorship offering is voluntary and at your own risk. You agree to disclose any relevant health concerns before participating and consult with a licensed medical professional if needed. Salted Roots Synergy & Yoga and its instructors are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during or after participation.

Retreats & Adventure Travel
Separate retreat agreements, including payment schedules, deposits, cancellation policies, and travel requirements, will be shared for each retreat or adventure. Participants are responsible for their own travel insurance, transportation, and personal documents.

Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our website, participation in our programs, or related services.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
